Terms of Service for Euphile Platform
Preamble
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are written in English, which is the reference version. Translations are provided for convenience; in the event of any inconsistency, the English version prevails. By using the Euphile platform and its products (Solon, Vauban, Nassau, Leonardo, Atlas, Plutus, Tzu and Richelieu), you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
1. Language Selection and Binding Version
Users must explicitly select their preferred language (French or English) during onboarding. The selected language determines the legally binding version of these Terms. revzper SAS confirms the language choice via email or in-app notification. Failure to select a language results in a prompt to do so before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms
1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using the Euphile platform and its products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. Where a document requires your explicit consent, the platform records that consent before the service is used.
Platform Operator
1. Operator Identification
The platform is operated by revzper SAS, a French corporation registered under SIREN 945 219 186.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Use of the platform is subject to French law and the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
Age Restriction
1. Minimum Age Requirement
Users must be at least 16 years of age to use this service.
Account Management
1. Account Suspension or Termination
revzper SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Billing and Payments
1. Subscription Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, through Mollie B.V., our payment service provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; amounts paid for the current period are not refunded.
Limitation of Liability
What you build with the platform is yours to run. revzper SAS provides the services as described in these Terms and in the documentation; you decide how they are combined with your own systems, processes and people, and you remain solely responsible for that use and for its results.
Where permitted by law, the total liability of revzper SAS towards you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, whatever their basis, is limited to the amount you paid for the services for the month in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. Subscriptions run month to month; amounts paid for earlier months are not refundable and no further amount is owed.
revzper SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from the use of the services, from their unavailability, or from decisions taken on the basis of their output. revzper SAS does not cover losses that arise from the way the services are integrated into your operations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Different commitments, such as response times, availability levels, indemnities or dedicated efforts, can be agreed for a fee under a separate enterprise agreement, where they are sized to your needs. revzper SAS is available to discuss and define such commitments: see https://euphile.eu/connect.html. Unless an enterprise agreement is in force, only these Terms apply.
revzper SAS does not warrant, endorse or assume responsibility for any product or service offered by a third party and used with the platform.
Data Protection and Privacy
1. Consent to Data Processing
By using the Euphile platform, users consent to the processing of their personal data as described in this Section and our Privacy Policy. This consent covers:
(a) Processing necessary for the performance of the contract between you and revzper SAS;
(b) Processing based on revzper SAS's legitimate interests, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms;
(c) Processing for the following specific purposes, where applicable:
- Communication and customer support;
- Service improvement and analytics;
- Marketing communications (only if you have opted in).
Users may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting privacy@revzper.com. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Consent is not required for processing activities that are necessary for the performance of the contract or compliance with legal obligations.
2. Privacy Policy Incorporation
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
3. Key Data Protection Points
Key points include:
(a) revzper SAS processes personal data as a data controller under GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
(b) Legal bases for processing include contract performance and legitimate interests.
(c) Data retention periods are specified in our Privacy Policy.
(d) Users have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or object to processing of their personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@revzper.com.
(e) revzper SAS may share data with third-party service providers as necessary for service delivery, subject to data processing agreements. revzper SAS remains the data controller and ensures compliance with GDPR and other applicable laws through data processing agreements. Data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
(f) International data transfers: personal data is hosted by Scaleway SAS in France and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. Should a transfer ever become necessary, it will rely on the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, and this clause will be updated before it happens.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is governed by our Cookie Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
5. Data Subject Rights
Users may lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) if they believe their rights under GDPR have been infringed.
Data Breach Notification
1. Notification Requirements
In the event of a data breach that may result in a risk to users' rights and freedoms, revzper SAS will notify users without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by GDPR and French law. Notifications will include:
(a) A description of the nature of the breach;
(b) The categories and approximate number of users affected;
(c) The likely consequences of the breach;
(d) The measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to users' rights and freedoms, revzper SAS will notify users directly via email or in-app notification. If the breach is unlikely to result in a high risk, revzper SAS may not notify users individually but will publish information about the breach on our Security Updates page.
Users may contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@revzper.com for further information about data breaches.
Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decisions
Several products on the platform use artificial intelligence, including AI agents that plan, write, analyse or execute work on your instructions. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and an AI agent can take an action you did not intend. It is provided as assistance, not as advice, and it does not replace your own review.
You are responsible for how you use AI features and AI agents: for the instructions you give them, for reviewing their output before you rely on it, and for every action they take with your account, your credentials or your systems. revzper SAS is not liable for the consequences of relying on AI output or of actions taken by an AI agent on your instructions, within the limits set out in the section on limitation of liability.
The platform does not take decisions producing legal effects concerning you, or similarly significantly affecting you, solely by automated means. Decisions about your account, your subscription and your access are taken by people. Should this change, these Terms will say so first, and you will be told how to obtain human intervention and to contest the decision. See also the AI Usage Policy.
Termination and Suspension
1. Termination by Users
Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting contact@revzper.com. Upon termination, access to the platform will cease immediately. If you have an active subscription, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods. Amounts already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, except where the right of withdrawal below applies.
Users have the right to withdraw from their subscription within 14 days of subscribing, as provided under EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right does not apply to digital services that are fully delivered before the end of the 14-day period. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact contact@revzper.com within the 14-day period. Users will receive a full refund, except for services already provided in full before withdrawal. If users withdraw, they must cease using the platform immediately and delete any downloaded content.
2. Termination by revzper SAS
revzper SAS may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if users violate these Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities;
- Violating intellectual property rights;
- Harming other users or the platform;
- Failing to comply with payment obligations.
revzper SAS will provide notice of termination via email or in-app notification, except in cases where immediate termination is necessary to protect the platform or other users. Upon termination, data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Effect of Termination
All licenses granted under these Terms will terminate. Users must cease all use of the platform and delete any downloaded copies. revzper SAS may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).
The following sections will survive termination: Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Privacy, Dispute Resolution, and Governing Law.

2. Assignment
Users may not assign these Terms without revzper SAS's prior written consent.
3. Waiver
revzper SAS's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
4. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable during arbitration or litigation, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
