Data Sharing Policy

Introduction

This policy outlines the data sharing practices of revzper SAS for the Euphile platform, including its products Solon, Vauban, Nassau, Leonardo, Atlas, Plutus, Tzu and Richelieu.

1. Purpose of Data Sharing

Data is shared with a limited number of service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the Euphile platform. This includes subscription billing services and secure authentication services for identity verification.

2. Prohibition of Data Sales and Advertising

The Euphile platform does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is not shared with advertising networks or for advertising purposes.

3. GDPR Compliance Principles

Data sharing practices align with the principles of data minimisation and purpose limitation as required under GDPR.

4. Contractual Data Protection Standards

All service providers are contractually bound to maintain equivalent data protection standards.

5. International Data Transfers

International data transfers outside the EU/EEA are not performed unless covered by an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Service Descriptions

All products within the Euphile platform are operated by revzper SAS, a company registered under SIREN 945 219 186. The Data Protection Officer can be contacted at privacy@revzper.com for all data protection-related inquiries.

The platform's products are:

  • Solon: monitoring of systems, data and AI dependencies, with public status signals
  • Atlas: isolated microVM compute for AI-native software creation, testing and CI/CD
  • Leonardo: deterministic DevSecOps workflow for custom systems, data platforms and AI in operations
  • Plutus: legal and platform control (subscriptions, consent, identity)
  • Vauban: code security (SAST, SCA, SBOM, AI security review)
  • Nassau: workstation security and the secure development process
  • Tzu: context super-management and continuous technical audit
  • Richelieu: hosting, deployment and maintenance

For each product, the purpose of the processing, the categories of data, the legal basis and the recipients are described in the Privacy Policy and, for customers acting as controllers, in the Data Processing Agreement.

Data Residency and Hosting

All data processing activities are conducted in compliance with EU data protection regulations.

1. EU Hosting Requirements

The Euphile platform is hosted exclusively by cloud infrastructure providers located within the EU. Hosting providers are contractually bound to maintain data residency within the EU where applicable.
