Acceptable Use Policy for Euphile Platform
Purpose and Scope
This policy defines acceptable use of the Euphile platform and its products, including Solon, Vauban, Nassau, Leonardo, Atlas, Plutus, Tzu and Richelieu.
1. Applicability
This policy applies to all users of the Euphile platform, including customers, partners, and third parties accessing the platform or its products.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following activities while using the Euphile platform:
1. Security Bypass
Attempt to bypass secure authentication or authorization controls.
2. Illegal Content
Use the platform to process, store, or transmit illegal content.
3. Automated Misuse
Perform automated scraping, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service attacks.
4. Credential Sharing
Share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties.
5. Automated Content Generation
Use automated content generation tools or machine learning models to create content that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to deceptive or harmful content such as deepfakes, automated spam, or synthetic identity fraud.
Enforcement Actions
Violations of this policy may result in enforcement actions, including temporary suspension of access to the platform.
1. Assessment Process
Enforcement actions are based on a documented assessment of the situation, considering severity, frequency, and impact of the alleged violation. Actions are proportionate to the violation.
2. Notification and Appeal
Users will receive a written explanation of enforcement actions, including reasons and steps to appeal. Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the suspension notice to appeals@revzper.com. Appeals are reviewed by an independent panel within 10 business days.
3. Reporting Illegal Activity
revzper SAS reserves the right to report illegal activity to competent authorities.
User Rights Regarding Personal Data
As a user of the Euphile platform, you have the following rights under applicable data protection laws:
- Request confirmation of whether personal data is processed and access to that data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Request deletion of personal data under certain conditions.
- Request restriction of processing of personal data in specific circumstances.
- Request to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
- Object to the processing of personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if rights are infringed.

2. Hosting Arrangements
All hosting providers operate within the EU or provide equivalent data protection guarantees. For Nassau, data is hosted in cloud infrastructure within the EU - France. Details for other products will be provided upon verification.

Third-Party Data Sharing
